UPDATE – JUNE 2017

We are pleased to share with you about a new initiative we have entered into with MCC in Abbotsford.  We have been running ALPHA at Peardonville for several years now, and plan to bring the Youth Series of Alpha to the homeless in Abbotsford.  We hope to reach many people with the love of Jesus Christ as possible.  Thursday evenings there is a BBQ held for the street people at the MCC Warehouse, and we plan on projecting the ALPHA video on the wall in the warehouse, and whomever is interested can stay after the BBQ.

What does this mean for you?

Have you wanted to help in the streets but not known how to do it?

Do you have a heart for the downtrodden?

Why don’t you take a leap of faith and join us on Thursdays at 5:30 pm.

If you are interested in this  Ministry please call Jane Cooper.  Our first training session will be on 22 June 2017 at 5:30 at the BBQ. Our first session with be Thursday 6 July.  Why in the summer you ask?  This will be our “soft opening” if you will, to work out the kinks, etc. and then we will advertise more for a proper launch in September 2017.  Please pass this on to anyone that you feel may be interested.  God Bless You!!!

LifeBridge Ministries is a busy non-profit organization serving in the addictions community.  As we are a Christian organization and are totally funded by private donors and receive no government funding.

Two fundraising events are held each year – our Christmas Brunch is late November as well as a musical or concert in the spring.  We have found in the past that these two events along with other donations during the year helped us meet our financial goals.

Good Reading is a comprehensive list of the books we use during our studies and on a 1:1 Mentoring visit as well as those deemed by our Recovery Pastor to be cutting-edge information in the field of addiction.  Keith is a voracious reader and is extremely well read in his area of expertise.  I hope you find some of this information helpful.
